On the Billing Preferences page, resellers can customize their customer rebelling process. The sections on this page are:
- Billing Profile: defining preferences on the rebelling process.
- Billing Rules Prioritization: define billing rules calculation order.
- Invoice: modify the invoice.
Note that the selected preferences apply to all customers under the reseller account.
Billing Profile
- Navigate to Partner > Preferences page.
- Decide whether to run the Anodot rebilling process and provide a calculated cost or keep the original billing given by AWS.
Note that for both of the options, we will block EDP, SPP, Private Pricing, and Tax from the customer billing. -
If you choose the rebilling process, customize it as follows:
- Define if the onboarded account belongs to a single customer or to multiple customers.

Reallocate RI + SP: Supported services are
- EC2 Savings Plans
- Fargate Savings Plans
- Lambda Savings Plans
- EC2 Reserve Instance
- RDS Reserve Instance
- ElastiCache Reserve Instance-only blocking the discount from the customer without reallocating in a shared account per the customer usage.
- OpenSearch Reserve Instance-only blocking the discount from the customer without reallocating in a shared account per the customer usage.
- Redshift Reserve Instance-only blocking the discount from the customer without reallocating in a shared account per the customer usage.

Calculate all services: Choose this option to ensure the re-billing process calculates the service. Calculations can be according to the service Tiers or according to CloudFront public costs.

Tiers - (selected by default) Choose this option to ensure the re-billing process calculates the service according to the service Tiers.

Only CloudFront public cost - Choose this option to ensure the re-billing process calculates the service considering CloudFront public costs.

- Decide whether to transfer AWS Credits to the customer.
- Decide whether to transfer Private Pricing to the customer.
- Decide whether to transfer the Distributor Discount to the customer.
In this section, you can:
- Decide whether to run the Anodot re-billing process and provide a calculated cost or keep the original billing given from AWS, by choosing Re-Billing or No Re-Billing.
- The rebilling process will block EDP, SPP, Private Pricing, and Tax from the customer billing (relevant for organizations with multiple customers) for both Single/ Multiple Customers.
- Define the re-billing process to allocate RI in the customer billing by selecting Reallocate RI.
- Define the re-billing process to allocate SP in the customer billing by selecting Reallocate SP.

Calculate all services- Choose this option to ensure the re-billing process calculates the service. Calculations can be according to the service Tiers or according to CloudFront public costs.
- Tiers - (selected by default) Choose this option to ensure the re-billing process calculates the service according to the service Tiers.
- Only CloudFront public cost - Choose this option to ensure the re-billing process calculates the service considering CloudFront public costs.
Billing Rules Prioritization
If you define multiple billing rules with different margin types, you can drag and drop the margin types to specify their order of calculation.
