This article describes how MSPs can get started with onboarding for AWS.
- From the Accounts dropdown list, click Add account and then click the Azure icon.
- Choose your billing account type.

Choose the type of the account you will onboard:
- Dedicated account: Choose this option if the account is for a single customer, where all Reserved Instances (RIs) and Savings Plans (SPs) are exclusive to that customer.

Shared account: Select this option if the account is for multiple customers. In this case, each subscription will need to be manually assigned to the relevant customer.
Note: When onboarding your CSP account, you have the flexibility to either manually assign customers (by linking each subscription and tenant to the relevant customer) or automate the customer creation process. Automation can be done based on the logic defined in your Azure Partner Portal and billing export files, allowing customers to be created automatically by tenant ID or customer name.
- Choose how you would like to complete the onboarding and click Next.
