Each role is created with a specific type. This table outlines the access levels and allowed actions for each type:

- Navigate to the Accounts > Roles & Usages page.
- Click on Create Role.
- Enter the role name.
- Choose the role type - Editor or Viewer.
- Select the accounts / linked accounts / subscriptions / projects that will be associated with the role.
Edit Role
- In order to change the role type, click on the dots next to the role, and click Edit Role.
- In order to add/edit the associated accounts, click on the integration icon.
Manage Roles
By using the filter option, you can determine which role a specific user belongs to, which role contains a specific linked account, etc.
Create and Manage Users
Add a user to a role
- In the role's details, click on the user icon.
- Choose if you want to add one or multiple users and click Save.
Move the user to another role
- Expand the role view by clicking the arrow icon.
- Select the revenant user(s) and click on the 3 dots next to the user's email.
- Click on Edit role.
- Select the new role and click Save.
